We are recruiting for an Account Manager / Data Operator based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role is responsible for handling accounts and finance, tax-related matters, and generating monthly reports.
Positions Announced:
1. Accounts Manager / Data Operator
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts:
• Generate customer bills, and send invoices to a few customers.
• Coordinate with customers & vendors against Invoices & Sales Tax Payments.
• Maintain & Reconcile customer & vendor ledgers.
• Operate QuickBooks to maintain accounting records.
• Written letters to parties & other tasks performed by the Instruction of the Senior Manager.
Taxation Side:
Handling of All Tax Related Matters.
• Recording & Document Custodians of All Purchases.
• Record & Handling of Withholding Tax by Customers.
• Prepare & Submission of Tax Challan & With Holdings of Vendors Timely.
• Prepare Custom & Vendor Ledger as Per FBR Filing.
Monthly Reports:
• Commission Reports – Monthly
• Sales Report – Product Wise/Customer Wise
• Customers Balance Detail – Monthly.
• Maintaining Production Report.
• Maintaining NC Powder – MIS as well as on QuickBooks.
• Maintaining Warehouse Report – Monthly.
• Maintaining Costing, Sheet Along with its Supportive Docs.
• Factory & Head Office Petty Cash Expense.
• Dispatch Delivery Report (Factory) – Monthly
Operation Work:
• Filling & Filing of Bank Deposit Slips
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need.
• BBA/ ACCA/ B-Com or Equivalent Degree
• Professional experience of 3-4 years preferably in the Chemical Industry.
• PC knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel
• Good communication
• Females are preferred
