How to apply:

Application processing fee of Rs. 290/- (non-refundable) for the physical part is required to be deposited in the PTS account. However RS. 50/- will be deposited separately. The application form along with the deposit slip can be downloaded from PTS Website www.pts.org.pk. The application should be accompanied by documents i.e copies of attested documents i.e CNIC of applicant & Shaheed. Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees, Domicile, PRC Educational Certificates of the applicant. Death Certificate of Shaheed & Deceased, Order for Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees. Declaration of Shaheed. FIR. Obituary, Heirship Certificate, Financial Compensation Order, Affidavit of Spouse/widow or mother of Shaheed Deceased, and 04 recent Passport Size Photographs. All candidates should sign a declaration that all information provided by him is correct. All applicant’s claims shall be considered, processed, and entertained as per Recruitment Rules-2021 notified for recruitment against Shaheed, Deceased. and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota. Those candidates who qualify for physical examination/endurance tests shall be called for a written test and those who qualify written test will be called for an Interview.
Police Employees (already availed one claim by appointing themselves in Sindh Police against shaheed quota) are advised to submit application forms if they are entitled to a second claim for appointment to the post of ASI as per the cut-off date i.e after 11th June 2014.
