MBBS with Level-III qualification as defined by PMDC/PMC (FCPS or any other equivalent local or foreign qualification) At least 10 years of experience at the management level in a Medical Institution / Hospital. Experience in leading health-related projects and heading autonomous organizations would be preferred.

Applicants are required to submit application/dossiers on the prescribed proforma which could be downloaded from the website www.phota.puniab.gov.pk to the Dairy Section at the Office of Director General/Administrator of PHOTA, 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore, along with a non-refundable bank draft of Rs 2000/- in favor of Director General / Administrator PHOTA Lahore, along with attested copies of following mandatory documents:-a. Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae) b. All the educational Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates. c. Valid PMDC/PMC registration Certificate. d. Provisional Certificate / Result Cards of all professional examinations e. All the experience Certificates till the date of applying f. National Identity Card, g. Domicile. h. 3-Fresh passport-size colored photographs. i. PMC/PMDC/HEC recognized research work / Publications (if any). The applicants having foreign degrees must have PMC/HEC equivalence certificates. Government employees should submit their applications through the proper channels.
