Positions Announced:
1. Manager Security & Anti-Corruption
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 15 years of working experience with Pakistan Army, Punjab/ Sindh Police. Retired Lt Col from Pakistan Army and age, not more than 55 years as on 30th August 2022. Retired SP/SSP from Punjab Police and age, not more than 62 years as on 306 August 2022. Preference will be given to individuals with rich experience in Security. Experience in reporting and emergency response planning. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Medically fit and having clean service record COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Leadership skills, problem solver, execution-driven, good communication skills, both oral and written, analytical skills, leadership, and stakeholder management, and the ability to work fluidly in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure safety and security of all PCB assets/venues. Coordinate with the LEAs and Government Departments for security arrangements during matches (Domestic / International). Responsible for planning, developing/implementing security plans, and security programs such as Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management, and/or Investigation under the guidelines of Director Security & Anti-Corruption, PCB. Responsible for discipline and conduct of security department personnel. Arrange regular training of security department personnel
