Positions Announced:
1. Project Director PPS – 12
Minimum 16 years having major in Cyber Security I Network Security / Information Security/Computer Science /Computer Engineering or related from an HEC recognized university. PMP and relevant certifications will be preferable. Strong presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated vision and ability to develop and implement short and long-range plans, systems, capacity, technology, and operational plans. 60 Years (Maximum) Minimum 20 Years of Experience in relevant ICT field with 10 years of proven experience in the management of Cyber Security/ Network Security/ Information Security projects Preferably as Project Director/ CISO. Overall project lead, technical design, oversight, and leadership of the project. Must have an understanding of Information and Cyber Security fundamentals. Worked on engineering design, development, deployment, and management of security solutions and services. Preferably, worked in an academic capacity and for industry-level involvement. Preferably interacted with public sector organizations and departments for coordination, service delivery, project execution, etc. Preferable experience of working on national level projects, assignments, or delivered services from academic, industry, or other job assignments. Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs. Proficiency with information technologies in a secure network environment. A relevant cyber security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CHFI, CySA+, CISA, CND V2, CND, CASP+, CCISO, SOC Engineer, CISSP-ISSAP. CSSLP, CompTIA Cloud+, SSCP, CAP, CISSP-ISSMP, GSEC, GICSP, GCIH, GCED, GSLC, GCWN, GCUX, GCIA, GCFA, GSNA, Miles2, and PenTest+ is a plus. Excellent organizational skills.

Ministry reserves the right not to fill the post or withhold an appointment against the advertised post. The appointment of the Project Director will be made initially on a contract basis for a period of two years in terms of Para-ix of Finance Division’s O.M dated 18th April 2022, which is extendable after evaluation of the performance.
