Positions Announced:
1. Chairperson – Accident & Emergency
MBBS or equivalent Medical Qualification recognized by PMC Fellowship In emergency Medicine, preferably FCPS in Emergency Medicine or equivalent as per PMC level-iii equivalent qualification like FRCEM(Fellow of Royal College of Emergency Medicine), FACEM (Fellow of Australian College of Emergency Medicine) or DABHM (Diploma American Board of Emergency Medicine) OR Level-iii qualification or equivalent qualification in a primary clinical specialty like, Medicine, Surgery, and Anesthesia OR Level-ii B Qualification in EM(Emergency Medicine) like MRCEM (Membership In Royal College of Emergency Medicine) can also apply for the post. Candidates having Fellowship in Emergency Medicine shall have 02 years of experience In the A&E department of a reputable Hospital after post-graduation. OR candidates having primary specialty qualifications shall have 03 years of experience in the A&E department of a reputable hospital after post-graduation. The candidates having ACTS & AILS will be given preference. The job is not limited to administrative duties but the selected candidate will also be involved in clinical side and patient care
2, Chairperson – Anatomy
Disciplinary proceeding/inquiry / misconduct-free candidates should be from amongst the medical faculty (only Medical doctors) and will be assessed on their Teaching experience, research publications, leadership qualities, and management skills. Applicants must currently hold a valid position In the relevant department/ specialty at the level of Assistant Professor or higher. The application must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement and should Include a cover letter, CV, and names/addresses of three referees In electronic or hard copies to the address below. MTI Act, 2015 (Amended from time to time), Rules & Regulations shall be applied. The chairperson selected, other than faculty members of KMC/KTM shall have a salary package equivalent to the Initial contractual pay of the same faculty posts they are eligible for under prescribed rules and regulations of MTI/KMC/KTH, The post will be the tenure-based position for a period of 03 years and renewable for two further terms of three years each at the discretion of the Dean and the advice of the Academic Council based upon performance and so documented by the Dean. The selected doctor shall not practice on any given day of the week.

Eligibility: (i) PMC (Interim or Final) Criteria (Erstwhile PM&DC). (ii) MTI Act, 2015, rules and regulations shall apply. Note. Please attach attested testimonials, CNIC, and other experience certificates and credentials (SSC/HSSC/MBBS/Academic certificates/Gold Medals /additional qualification in relevant field/ACLS/ATLS/original research publications). For 3 (b), 4(c), 5(h), 5(i) & 5(i) FCPS or equivalent in the relevant specialty shall be for 5(a), FCPS in Peads shall be eligible; however, preference shall be given to those having experience in PICU/NICU.
6. Molecular Biologist
Qualification: MS/M.Phill Molecular Biology/B.S (4 years) Biotechnology / Microbiology/ Biochemistry with special course work in Molecular Biology, registered/recognized by HEC. Note: Preference will be given to those candidates who have qualifications in Human Genetics / DNA sequencing with PCR in recognized Forensic institutions.
