Positions Announced:
1. Product Manager
Location: Lahore (Multiple Positions)
Key Responsibilities: • To design the overall marketing strategy for the assigned division, which includes marketing research, market analysis, promotional campaign development, and tactical plans. To develop a marketing plan for Gyne, General Medicine, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Diabetes, Skin Care, and Natural Products. Capable of conducting internal company analysis as well as IMS data analysis, and IMS audit experience, including prescription and sales.
Qualification and Experience: • Preferably a Pharm-D with MBA degree in Marketing • Must have at least 4-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry from a reputable organization
Age Limit: 36 years
2. Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities: • To prepare and present marketing budget and forecast. • Develop new marketing strategies to boost sales and revenue. • To achieve annual sales targets, market share from target segments, and generate agreed earnings for the quarters and the year. • Responsible for developing existing brands and delivering corporate growth as per budget. • Develop, train, motivate and lead the team of Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
Qualification and Experience: • Preferably a Pharm-D with MBA degree in Marketing • Overall 10 years of Pharma Marketing experience in a reputable organization
Age Limit: 40 Years
