1. Lawyers / Advocates
Qualification/Experience/ Eligibility Criteria: i) LLB duly recognized by HEC. Candidates having higher qualifications and experience will be preferred. ii) Not less than 7 years experience/practice in Courts of Pakistan. Compensation/Remuneration As fixed by HIT Board. Duration Hiring will be for a period of 3 x years which may be considered for a further extension on yearly basis. Responsibilities i) Duties shall involve handling all legal & court matters. Give advice to all sub-departments of HIT on all legal matters related to laws of Pakistan, including Civil laws, Corporate laws, Labour and Employment laws, Criminal laws, etc. ii) Task related to legal cases for instance, filing of appeals, defending cases & all other matters arising thereon.
