Education required for the following vacant position and job: Bachelor/ Master (BSC/ MSC Mechanical /Polymer Engineering.

Duties and responsibilities required for the job: Our Tyre manufacturing company needs an experienced General Manager Production responsible for
Running the unit and executing all SOPs & policies. MD Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements. Troubleshooting for new tyres & tubes, imperfections in the production steps, or in compounding. Achieving production targets with low wastage % & increased productivity. Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.
