1. PROJECT MANAGER 

JOB PROFILE & REPORTING
• Planning and developing the project idea. • Project BOQs and Procurement process. • Developing and leading the team. • Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project. • Identify and resolve issues that arise. • Managing your financial resources. • Ensure Satisfaction with Stakeholders. • Performance evaluation of the project. • He will be reporting to CEO GEHF & HOD GEHF.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
The fit & proper candidate must have the Qualification and relevant experience: a) Graduate Engineer registered with Pakistan Engineering Council PEC b) Preferably Civil Engineer B.E City & Regional Planning having work experience in DHA, Bahria Town, Askari Housing Societies or any other renowned Housing societies.

2. SUB ENGINEER (CIVIL)

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & REPORTING
The fit & proper candidate must have the Qualifications and relevant experience: a) Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil. b) Candidate who has knowledge regarding infrastructure development of housing societies. c) lie will be reporting to Project Manager GEHF & CEO GEHF.
REMUNERATION, AGE & TENURE
The candidate will be offered a market-based compensation package commensurate with the qualification and experience. Maximum 35 years of age as on the last date of submission of application. 3. Initial Contract will be for a period of 01 years. 06 months will be the probation period) further extendable up to 02 years subject to the annual satisfactory performance.
