Ph.D. in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/Public Administration from a University recognized by HBC. 13 Years’ experience in Human Resource Development or Workers Training/Workers Welfare in nationally recognized Institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent; OR M.Phil in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/Public Administration from a University recognized by HEC. 15 years experience in Human Resource Development in Workers Training/Workers Welfare in nationally recognized institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent; OR Second Class or Grade “C” Master’s degree in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/ Public Administration from University recognized by HEC. 17 years experience in Human Resource Development or Workers Training/ Workers Welfare in nationally Recognized Institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent.
