Positions Announced:
1. Chief Information Officer / Information Management Unit
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a HEC-recognized University / educational institution. SAP Certification will be preferred. Experience and Skills: Heaving 10 years of post-qualification experience in a progressive organization in accounting and finance at a managerial position OR Preferably a Ph.D. in a relevant subject(s) with at least 06 years of experience in the relevant field. • The candidate must have a reasonable understanding of public financial management, public sector budgetary processes, and applicable rules and regulations in the public sector and international donor agencies. • Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably as a CIO or similar senior management position. • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP system management, including SAP ECC or S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and associated technologies. • In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to align SAP systems with business objectives. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. • Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • In-depth knowledge of finance and HR processes and best practices. • Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4HANA and related SAP finance and HR tools.
