Q 1: Why did you leave the last job for you?

Do not criticize your former employer or talk about your failure. You can say that you are looking for a new challenge, that you have learned enough in your previous job or are ready to start a new phase in your life after achieving your goals in your previous company.

Do not mention your weaknesses. The interview is not appropriate to admit that you have difficulty meeting dates or that you do not speak English well.
