Qualification and experience required for the above-mentioned vacant positions: Candidates should have at least 15 years of teaching/research experience in HEC recognized university/post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national/international organization. Ph.D. from HEC recognized institution in the relevant field.
The applicant must have 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals. The IBA will require five (5) papers that are in the current W classification of journals as listed by the HEC, in addition to the 10 papers. All applications received will be assessed according to criteria established by the HEC and IBA. Recruitment at IBA Karachi is a transparent, competitive, and merit-based process.
