1. GM / Chief Executive
The GM / Chief Executive is responsible for the achievement of the organization’s corporate and business goals by implementing business strategy, the accomplishment of vision, and mission as per directions provided by the Board of Directors from time to time. The board delegates responsibility to the management and also day-to-day operations of the company to the GM/CE. GM/CE has the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the directions and policies established by the Board.
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum graduation or equivalent in the discipline of banking, finance, economics, or business administration. CFA, FRM, CPA, or CMA will be added as an advantage Minimum of 15-20 years of work experience in a financial institution with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level as EVP and above.
