1. PROJECT OFFICER
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Communication discipline with 4 to 5 years’ experience in handling field HR functions including staff recruitment. staff Communication, grievance handling. report writing. letter preparation, and record keeping.
2. PROJECT ASSOCIATE
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences or any communication discipline with 2 to 3 years’ experience of supporting field HR operations including conducting field sessions, staff communication, mobilization for cv collection. record-keeping, and handling the project database.
Skills required for the above-mentioned vacant positions: Good command of computer skills (MS office package). Must have the ability to work under stressful situations on multiple assigned tasks within specified deadlines. Good interpersonal and communication skills Willing to travel extensively and work independently.
