Positions Vacant:
1. Finance Manager Cum Company Secretary
Qualification / Experience: CA Finalist / ACCA, minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a reputed organization.
Duties / Responsibilities: Preparation of Monthly Salaries and Financial Statements Preparation of Cash Flow, Budget Balance Sheets. Financial Analysis, Business Valuation & Reviews. All Tax related matters (Corporate, Salary & WHT) ensuring timely payment and e-filing on the portal. Proposes and implements improvement in accounting, operating & reporting systems along with internal control. Internal & External Audits. Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reviews and reports to the CEO. Coordinate with FBR and SRB for monitoring, reconcilement & assessment of WHT and tax returns. Coordination with Banks for operations and financing. Filing of financial statement & Management Information System. Financial Planning, Budgeting & forecasting. Business Plan. Setting-up of Bank accounts. Handling all corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies including incorporation & Upgradation.
Organizing board meetings and preparing minutes thereafter. Preparing necessary documents for Annual General Meeting (AGM), Board Resolutions. Maintaining statutory records / share register (dividend payment, change of Directors / Shareholders).
