1. Head of Learning & Development
Place of Posting / Location of the job: Karachi
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution Master’s degree in Human Resources would be preferred
10 years+ Human Resource and/or Banking experience Candidates having 5 years+ experience in Learning & Development or in a leadership role having experience of conducting technical training would be preferred. Highly developed specialist knowledge in the Learning and Development function is desired along with the experience of running Competency-based Assessment and Development Centers. Having knowledge of core banking functions will be an added advantage. Ability to impact and influence leaders Ability to quickly learn business Confident public speaker Possess advanced interpersonal and relationship management skills Excellent English and Urdu communication skills — both written and oral Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and changing priorities Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment which demands high quality, creative and consistent work Creativity and Innovativeness Research Oriented
