Positions Announced:
1. Gender Specialist
Master’s degree in Gender studies, Law, Political Sciences, Social Sciences,
or related field with five (5) years of relevant experience at the national or international level in the field of gender-related projects with an additional understanding of small and medium enterprises and or economic growth and development. Previous work experience with UN agencies is considered an advantage.
2. Access to Finance Specialist
At least 16 years of education in Master’s in Finance or Social Sciences, Project Management, Master’s in Business Administration, or Master’s in Public Administration, or relevant education from a HEC-recognized institute. At least 05 years of related experience in Access to Finance in the development sector or loan department in Banks or mills, and preferably with access to a finance job role with 01 year of team management role in a renowned international/national organization
3. Monitoring & Communication Specialist
At least 16 years of education in Master’s in Mass Communication, Of MBA Media Communication, Master’s in social sciences, or Project Management, Master’s in Business Administration, or Master’s in Public Administration, or relevant education from a HEC-recognized institute. At least 05 years of related experience in Monitoring and Communication in the development sector preferably with a Monitoring and Communication with 01 year of team management role in a renowned international/national organization. Be proactive, energetic, committed, and innovative. Ability to track and measure progress against agreed indicators, identify areas of improvement, and adjust plans accordingly.
