Positions Announced:
1. Senior Technical Advisor Health
Place of posting / Location of the following position: The following position is located in Peshawar
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: University Degree in Medicine, Health Management or related fields. Public Policy and Management or equivalent At least 12-15 years’ sector-specific professional experience, preferably in KP with at least 10 years professional experience in a comparable position (health sector management/reform) Experience of professional work with CAR or related agencies. Afghan refugees, vulnerable groups will be preferable Experience with public sector organizations in participatory development planning Experience of working with marginalized and vulnerable groups would be an asset Fluent written and spoken English and Urdu is required, ideally, functional knowledge of German Fluency or knowledge of Pashtu/Dari will be an added advantage Demonstrated problem-solving and analytic skills Committed team player and contributor, ready to work in challenging contexts Sound understanding and working knowledge of ICT technologies Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills Willingness to conduct field missions to intervention areas in target districts of the program in KP Willingness to progressively improve skills and professional worth required by the project and professional development measures agreed with management.
