Positions Vacant:
1. Assistant Manager (Marketing)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: BBA / MBA (Marketing) from a reputable university. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The incumbent should be determined, active, and enthusiastic for building and boosting new clienteles/ M Tag sales. Liaise with business development teams of project companies to develop business strategies and integrate a holistic approach. Prepare consolidated revenue reports for review by senior management. To regulate and record proceedings of all business development committee meetings. Conduct market research for new business prospects for the organization. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/ customers. Conduct site surveys in project areas, give feedback, and recommendations.
2. Deputy Manager Maintenance / Project Engineer
Qualification / Experience required for the job: BSc / BE (Civ) must be registered with PEC. Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field. Expertise in road construction/maintenance. Good knowledge of Primavera/ MS Project. Scheduling and Supervision of Maintenance Work. Preparation of Project Budget, BoQs, Bid Documents, and Contract Agreements. Verification of Contractors’ Bills. Preparation of Project Reports. Excellent communication and relation-building skills. Flexibility to work additional assignments. Ability to work independently. A good team leader/ player
3. Medical Officer (MO)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: MBBS Minimum 1-year house job experience. Deals with all kinds of major and minor accidental cases. Able to provide OPD Svc and handle emergency cases for all resident employee in camp. Perform as a medical officer at Motorway. Responsible to inspect all lifesaving medical equipment and drugs in an ambulance. Provide necessary treatment for all accident sites and refer the causalities to the nearest pre-designated government hospital. The emergency medical officer at Motorway. Run daily OPD for all resident employees in camps.
