Qualification required for the following vacant position and job: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a renowned university.
Experience required for the following vacant position and job: 10-15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking ideally in a DFI/ Bank.
Key Responsibility Areas: Responsible for the supervision of the Regional Office at Lahore while remaining in direct coordination with the Head Office to support and enable the achievement of the Company’s business targets. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising functions that include Corporate Finance, Credit Administration, Special Asset Management, and General Services Administration at the Regional Office, Lahore. The position will be responsible to undertake investment-related activities in the Lahore region and adjacent cities for the achievement of corporate goals, securing approvals of business proposals, coordinating the execution of legal documentation and disbursements of approved funds, ensuring timely recovery of mark-up and principal installments and arrange/manage resources necessary for the smooth operations of Regional Office, Lahore. The position is also responsible for representing the Company on various forums including Banks/ Financial Institutions/SBP and interacting with Company’s clients and other stakeholders.
