Position Vacant:
1. Legal Advisor
Qualification and Experience required for the following vacant position: Candidate must have a minimum degree of LLB with at least 15 years post qualification experience as an advocate of High Court with specialized experience of 5 years in energy and financial sector. The candidate should have the expertise in handling corporate legal matters, drafting laws, rules & procedures, and making laws amended through relevant Government Authorities and Ministries. The candidate should be well versed with the energy and financial sector regulatory authorities, by-laws, acts, rules & regulations, as well as procedures.
