Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates having MS/ MBA Degree in Operations Research, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role in IT Applications Production Support with a majority within the Banking sector. More than 5 years of project management or related experience. More than 5 years of ITSM experience for production support.
