The Government of Punjab has received a Loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP). The Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD) of Punjab will be the Executing Agency (EA) while the District Governments of Sahiwal and Sialkot will be the Implementation Agency (IA). The PMU, PICIIP, and LG&CD Department have already been established to provide guidance and oversight of the overall implementation and performance of the project. The PMU, PICIIP requires the services of a Municipal Finance Specialist on an intermittent basis and hereby invites the Expression of Interest (EOI) from experts with relevant qualifications and experience. The aforesaid Consultant will be recruited using `ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time).
