1. Individual Consultant (as facilitator) for conducting Lesson Learnt Workshop (One (01) position]

Qualifications: Master’s Degree (16 years) in Social Sciences, Training/Education, Programme Management, or a related field. Professional Experience: -Eight (08) years of relevant professional experience (ii) Excellent analytical writing and communication skills (iii) proven track record of facilitating team building and lesson learnt workshops and related consultancy experience (iv) previous relevant work experience with Federal, Provincial Government departments, private sector/ non-profit sector donors etc. in Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction will be accorded due weightage.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised November 2017, July 2018 and November 2020] (Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest, the same shall be observed while participating in the procurement process. The individual consultants shall be hired in accordance with the procedures set out in Para 7.36 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.
