1. Short-term Individual Consultant

Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position and job: Sixteen-year education preferably in Public Procurement, Public Policy, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, Law, Business, and Public Administration. A minimum of ten years’ experience in public procurement, contract administration, and legal affairs with at least 3 years of experience in framework agreement management or processing procurement using framework agreements. Knowledge of government rules and/or other internationally accepted public procurement procedures is an advantage. Sound knowledge of public sector policies and reform programs.
