CHD is currently operating in all provinces of Pakistan and is also a Principal Recipient of Malaria grant under an international organization’s funding Mechanism. CHD currently has over 50 sites, 25 public health programs, and an average monthly impact of around 165,000 patients. Positions Announced:
1. Executive Director
Duties and Responsibilities: The Executive Director will be expected to provide creative and visionary leadership to the Community Health Directorate in the realization of its strategic directions as set out by the Board and Executive Committee. He/She is expected to develop effective models that allow for a smooth continuum of care between the community and healthcare facilities in a multi-sectoral manner.
Qualification required for the following vacant position: Medical Graduate (preferably in Family Medicine). Masters in Public Health/Policy/Administration.
Experience required for the following vacant position: 15 – 18 years of senior management & leadership experience in healthcare that must include at least 10 years of experience in clinical and clinical-oversight roles as well as integrated public & primary health program development and management. Also, has directly worked, managed, and executed various grants.
