Applications are invited from interested firms who wish to participate in pre-qualification bidding/evaluation of firms. The intending firms can obtain the pre-qualification document through their nominees or may request to send the same through mail from the address mentioned below. The request must clearly state “Request for Pre-qualification Documents” for the Establishment of Cadet College Mithi District Tharparkar. The documents shall be available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 30001-. The documents, if required by mail, will promptly be dispatched by registered mail against an additional fee of Rs.500/-. However, under no circumstances the executing agency shall be responsible for the late delivery of loss to the documents so mailed. Issuance of Documents: The documents will be issued to the Interested firms from the publishing of this notice up to 17-04-2023 during office hours from the office of the undersigned address given below. Submission of Documents: The documents duly filled and attached with relevant certificates must reach the address mentioned hereunder on or before 25-04-2023 up to 03:00 PM. Criteria of Evaluation: Shortlisting shall be made by Evaluation Committee constituted as per evaluation criteria mentioned in the bidding documents. Request for Proposal (REP) shall be issued to shortlisted consultants only. Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject all bids subject to the provision of SPPRA Rules.
