Positions Announced:
1. CFO
Responsibilities: CFO is responsible for the development of Financial Strategy and will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in the utilization of funds through Financial concurrence, evaluations, Controls & Internal audits. CFO should manage funds efficiently, keeping in view the current and future operational requirements with a goal to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
Qualification: ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CIMA and Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants, Local International. or MBA (Fin) from reputable abroad or Pakistani University.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputable Govt/ Private sector Company/Organization with at least 05 years of related functional experience in a similar role at Senior Manage-ment position. He/She should have vast experience of taxation. new accounting principles and auditing procedures and should be well versed with banking practices required to run the company on corporate lines.
Skills: Effective overall Financial Management including Business Planning, Budgetary allocation, and distribution, Forecasting, Financial Negotiations, Trend Analysis, Evaluating Financial KPIs as per project timelines & ensuring compliance and relationship with stakeholders.
Location of the job: The candidate must be a Pakistani National. The position is based in Karachi. However. the company reserves the right to relocate the candidate anywhere in Pakistan.
