Positions Announced:
1. In-Charge Credit Hub
2. Relationship Manager (RM) – Corporate / SME / Consumer
Location of the following posts: Karachi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, Sukkur, Larkana, Quetta & Peshawar.
Qualification / Experience: Minimum Graduate, preferably MBA/ M.Com.
Preferably 5-8 years of relevant banking experience for Hub Incharge. Preferably 2-5 years of relevant banking experience for RM
Hub in charge: • To supervise timely preparation of quality credit line proposals. – Ability to evaluate borrower’s creditworthiness. – Effective monitoring of the overall portfolio of Credit Flub – To ensure achievement of allocated targets to the Credit Hub – Regular meetings and visits of the borrowers. – Market perspective NTBs for the Bank • Industry / Market knowledge including monitoring of industry trends and economic changes affecting borrower’s position and passing on information to management. • Training & Development of Hub and Branches credit staff.
Relationship Manager: – Having sufficient knowledge of asset-based products. ▪ Well versed with related SBP Prudential Regulations. – To perform Marketing & Business Development activities to achieve allocated targets. • Effective Communication skills. To conduct an in-depth analysis of the financial and market position, security/collateral, and technical capability of the borrower to evaluate the borrower’s creditworthiness. – To manage the credit proposal from initiation till disbursement. – Post disbursement effective monitoring of assigned credit portfolio including but not limited to repayments of loans, markup servicing, etc.
