RETURN-SHIP PROGRAM FY-2024 FOR EXPERIENCED WOMEN CANDIDATES WITH WORK-GAP The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is committed to fostering a culture of Diversity & Inclusion and to promoting such a working environment, the Bank is offering a conducive platform for women candidates by launching its “Internship Leading to Return-ship Program” FY-2024. Applications are invited from ambitious and motivated female individuals who for some reason took a break from their professional career for two (02) years or more and wish to start again by pursuing a rewarding career in the Banking and financial sector. The selected Women candidates will be placed in different areas of our nationwide operations based on their qualifications and experience.
Positions Announced:
1. Internship
Minimum Bachelor / Master’s or the equivalent of any discipline and/or 16 years of education, from well-reputed HEC-recognized local institutes /foreign universities. Experienced Women candidates with a prior work experience of a minimum of two (02) years, with the latest work gap of a minimum of two (02) years. Minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 60% overall percentage marks / first Division in degree recent or equivalent. Experienced Candidates: Minimum of 32 years & above Officer Grades (0G-IV to 00-11).
