The candidate should be responsible for conduct an analysis of internal and external compensation structures. recommend and develop an employee compensation and rewards structure. Implement SBP remuneration guidelines based on the remuneration policy in the Bank. Management of compensation budgeting activities along with bonus pool management. Configure pay grades, evaluating jobs, and ongoing management of compensation plans. Participate in salary and compensation market surveys to determine prevailing compensation, rewards, and benefits best practices in the market. Use various methods and techniques to allow management to make informed decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensations. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations. Assess employee’s needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees. Extract Data and generate MIS for all related activities. Maintain a record of all compensation-related policies. procedures and system implementation. Only short-listed applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and for the panel interview. The employment will be on a contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management. Positions Vacant:
1. Compensation Analyst
Qualification / Experience: Minimum Bachelors from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution. A Master’s degree would be preferred.
Minimum 5 years of Banking and/or HA experience out of which 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently or as a team member Excellent knowledge of MS Office
