Positions Vacant:
1. Head of HR Legal Compliance
Responsibilities: To advise and support all parts of the business and Human Resources on HR Legal matters to ensure their effective management_ Issues including, disciplinary, grievances, harassment / anti-harassment, compliance, behavioral, Code of conduct & ethics, whistleblowing and performance management, etc. To keep up to date with HR legislation and ensure this is updated in the organization Human Resources policies, procedure. rules. regulation and Code of conduct and ethics. To review and or amend Human Resources policies. procedures. rules, regulations, and code of conduct & ethics should be routed through RR Legal for its legal vetting. To manage the FIR Legal team effectively to ensure objectives KPIs are to be met To assist and support the Legal Division in the management of all HR legal cases including without limitation provision of relevant facts, attendance in courts (along with Legal representative) ensure compliance of court requirements and court orders in a timely manner. To deal with all unions / CBA-related issues and maintain peace and harmony within the organization and ensure trade union and association compliance. To conduct country-side awareness sessions for reduction of HR Legal cases. disciplinary issues. fraud, forgery, and other misconduct and on HR policies & procedure. Code of conduct & Ethics, Anti-Harassment, whistle blow / speak-up. To ensure all employees and representatives of the Bank comply with requirements and regulations, which are essential to maintain the company reputation for honesty. quality, and integrity.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates with a Master’s or Law degree/qualification would be preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the field of HR and/or Legal.
Strong communication and people management skills. Ability to assess problems and make a sound judgment. Strong negotiation skills.
