Positions Announced:
1. Divisional Head – Management Audit Head (SVP / EVP)
Qualification / Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from MEC recognized University / Institute. A Master’s degree and/or additional relevant professional qualifications or certifications would be preferred.
Minimum 15 years of banking experience with at least 5 years of experience in Audit. Experience in the area of Risk Management and/or Financial Accounting would be preferred.
Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline•driven environment.
To lead audit programs of support functions, which include, Financial Control, Human Resources, logistics Communication and Marketing, Legal functions, and local subsidiaries of the Bank. To conduct a risk assessment of entities and develop a risk-based audit plan. To develop a Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) of functions and their processes. To review and finalize audit engagement plans of audit entities. To coordinate with the audit teams for timely completion of the audit assignments. To hold meetings with the Auditee management to discuss the audit issues. To supervise Wing Heads and Departmental managers for processing of audit reports. To finalize audit reports and release them to the Auditee management. To supervise the implementation of the agreed Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and escalate pending issues to respective Group Chiefs/ Committees. To supervise timely preparation of periodical returns for the Board Audit Committee.
