Position Vacant:
1. Regional Service Manager
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: B.E/ B.Tech Hons. (Mechanical / Electrical) – MBA in addition will be preferred. 5 – 8 years of managing After Sales Service and Claim Settlement of consumer durable product. Excellent Customer Service, communication, and interpersonal skills. This is a technical service position. Moretti: re candidates from marketing end sales background are discouraged to apply.
2. Service Officer
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: DAE. (Mechanical / Electrical). Minimum 3 – 4 years of implementation of Afer Sales Services and related activities, monitoring warranty matters, re-addressing of customer complaints of consumer durable products. Good Communication b Presentation Skills for communicating complex technical issues. Local residency and computer proficiency are mandatory.
