Positions Vacant:
1. General Manager Security
Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for effective monitoring, coordination, and management of security services. Plan, develop, and implement security Plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management. Investigate security lapses and recommend specific actions for preventing recurrence. Remain in constant touch with all clients by physical meetings and generate reports on a regular basis for senior management on security status. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements in the expansion of business development.
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Graduate / Post Graduate from HEC recognized University / Institution, Supplemented with security Management preferably military Organization Certificate. Preferred Retired Armed Forces personnel not below the rank of Major/ Lt.Colonel. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal leadership skills, and a problem-solving approach. At least 15 – 20 years of relevant experience in handling security issues.
Benefits / Salary Package: The selected candidate will be offered 2 years of employment contract (extendable with mutual consent) with a market-based salary and other benefits commensurating with qualification. experience and company policy.
