Positions Vacant: 

1. Management Executive

Responsibilities: Supervising land acquisition matters in the respective districts. Computerization of land records. Initiate and pursue cases for allotment and regularization of government / departmental lands acquired by the Company. Visiting government offices in connection with pending land matters. Handling encroachment cases and land disputes.

Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Bachelor’s Degree in Law along with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance. Candidates should be fully conversant with Land Acquisition laws and procedures. The incumbent must possess good technical drafting and organizational skills. Should be computer literate. At least 5 years’ experience in dealing with land acquisition matters.

2. Management Executive – Lands (Legal)

Responsibilities: Preparing legal documents including rent and lease agreements, updating the monthly status of land cases to the Management. Coordinating with respective advocates and providing legal advice to lands field staff in handling lands related issues/ litigations. Preparation of periodic reports on lands litigation cases. Proposals for cost-effective and outsourcing of legal work, services, and implementation. Coordinating and representing the Land’s department before different government bodies.

Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), preferably Master’s (LLM). Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer preferably as an in-house counsel for revenue matters.
