Positions Announced:
1. Project Manager (Karachi)
Qualification required for the following vacant position: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. Masters with being given preference.
Experience required for the following vacant position: Minimum 10 years of practical experience in construction projects, preferably high-rise/vertical structures. Sound knowledge of construction and site management. Ability to understand drawings. design. technical specifications and BOQs. The age limit required is 45 years.
Salary Package: A competitive salary package will be offered to suitable candidates.
Role & Responsibilities: Overall responsible for designing, managing, and completing building construction projects in the region, with emphasis on quality, cost, and timely completion. Supervise project team(s) for the performance of their functions on various projects. Manage stakeholders’ expectations and ensure effective coordination. Prepare prowess reports for submission to head office, clients, or other forums. Prepare progress reports for submission to head office, clients, or other forums. Prepare an HSE plan and ensure PPEs are used during construction. Make sure that contractor is complying with HSE guidelines.
