Positions Announced:

1. Project Manager

Qualification / Experience: More than 5 years of Solar EPC Industry Experience with a master in project management/PMP with BE electrical. In-band Experience of MW scale projects.

Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, construction progress, quality monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

2. Sales Manager

Qualification / Experience: At least 3+ years working experience in the Solar EPC Industry hi sales of solar components related projects and large scale EPC projects.

Responsibilities: Determine the annual sales target and show the real sales figures to the management. Manage the sales team and help the team achieve the annual sales target.

3. Commercial Manager

Qualification / Experience: At least 5 years related working experience within the solar EPC industry. Good expression skills, strong business negotiation skills, and good pressure resistance.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the preparation, negotiation, review, and management of project business contracts including but not limited to the formulation of commercial bidding strategy, the preparation of economic bid and commercial bid, the price estimation. and analysis of competitors, profit calculation and quotation, etc.

4. Manager Bidding and Proposals

Qualification / Experience: More than 5 years working experience in the same position, familiar with the bidding process, bidding procedures, PEPRA rules, contract signing., etc, and strong relationships within the solar industry.

Responsibilities: Understand the market dynamics of the industry; and be responsible for the collection, sorting, analysis, and planning of bidding information, etc.

5. Sales Team Lead

Qualification / Experience: At least 5 years working experience in the Solar EPC Industry in sales of solar components related projects and large scale EPC projects

6. Regional Sales Manager

Qualification / Experience: At least 7+ years working experience in the sales industry, experience in PV related product sales or EPC project is preferred
