Positions Vacant: 

1. Director Construction

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Min BSc / MSc Civil Engineer registered with PEC having at least 15 years of experience in Housing, Infrastructure Development, and building projects.

2. Project Manager 

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum BSc / MSc Civil Engineering registered with PEC having at least 10 years of experience in Housing, Infrastructure Development, and Building Projects, MS Project Management with at least 5 years of experience of a Managerial Post will be preferred.

3. Construction Manager (Building)

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum 8 years of experience BSC Civil Engineer registered with PEC or 20 years of experience DAE Civil having capability of managing building projects.

4. QA / QC Manager 

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum BSC / MSc Civil Engineering / Quality Management or other relevant degree having 15 years of experience in Housing, Infrastructure development, building projects.

5. Quantity Surveyor

Qualification / Experience required for the job: BSc Engineering / B.Tech (Civil) DAE (Civil) or other relevant degrees having at least 8 years of experience in housing, Infrastructure Development, and Building Projects.

6. Site Engineer

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum 3 years of experience BSC Civil Engineering or DAE with 10 years of experience in Housing, Infrastructure Development, and Building Projects. Must be capable of cost estimation BOQ Preparation contracting and billing.
