It intends to put some of its green-field properties located in Islamabad. Lahore and Karachi into active Commercial/ residential/mixed-use in PPP mode (*the Projects’) Therefore. FBR aspires to hire a qualified Transaction Advisor to carry out a Commercial Feasibility Study (CFS) for undertaking the development of the Protects in PPP mode and Procuring a qualified private partner In accordance with the applicable laws which can then implement the Project (s) on PPP basis creating a win-win solution for all the stakeholders (‘the Assignment’). The detailed Terms of Reference and other terms & conditions of the procurement are mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document which can be accessed at FBR.
