How to apply:
The educational Degree & Experience Certificates will be verified by the Authority (any expenditure in this regard will be borne by the candidate/employee). If any applicant manages to get an appointment on forged/bogus documents or through deceit by any means, the appointment shail be considered to be voidability and shall be liable to refund all amounts received from the Authority and their appointment shall be canceled immediately.
Applicants will send their applications on the proforma which can be downloaded from the website phota.punjab.gov.pk/courier to the Diary Section at the Office of Director General/Administrator of PHOTA, 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore along with the attested copies of the following mandatory documents:-
a. Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae)
b. All Education Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates.
c. All the Experience Certificates till the date of applying
d. National Identity Card.
e. Domicile.
f. 3-Fresh Passport size-color Photographs.
g. Valid driving license for the posts of drivers only.
The applicants who want to apply for more than one post, have to apply separately against each post along with complete documents. Government servants should submit their applications through the proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview/test. The Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason. Incomplete applications and documents will not be entertained. Age relaxation has already been included in the upper age limit mentioned against each above-mentioned post. No TA & DA will be allowed. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in offices of PHOTA across Punjab. In case of any query please contact Assistant Director HR. PHOTA 042-99206047. The last date of submission of applications is 22-07-2024 latest by 5:00 pm. After that, any Daak/Courier Service/ by hand application will not be accepted.
