Positions Vacant:
1. Managing Director
Job Description: Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring to meet the vision and goals of the company as outlined by the Board of Directors. Report company’s performance to the Board of Directors. Direct organizational performance roadmap and plans. The direct strategy towards the profitable growth and operations of the corporation. Develop strategic operating plans that reflect the short & long-term objectives and priorities established by the Board of Directors. Closely monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets. Assume full accountability to the Board for all operations including its Profit and Loss. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualification required for the following vacant position: Masters degree in Management/Business Administration or equivalent in the relevant field.
Age limit required for the job: Up to 62 years.
Experience required for the following position: 10 – 15 years as a senior leader (MD/GM) either in retail, distribution, supply chain, or FMCG industry is a must. Negotiable. 03 years contract (extendable).
