Positions Vacant:

1. Professor (Regular) BPS – 21

i. Veterinary Pathology
ii. Animal Reproduction / Theriogenology

Eligibility: Ph.D. from an HEC recognized University/ Institution in the relevant field with 15 years of teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in the journals recognized by HEC.

2. Professor (TTS)

i. Veterinary Medicine
ii. Veterinary Surgery

Eligibility: Ph.D. / relevant terminal qualification from an HEC recognized University/ institution in the relevant field with either 11-years post-Ph.D/relevant terminal degree or a minimum of seven years of post Ph.D. experience with at least 12 years of experience prior to the Ph.D. the experience to be counted is to be of teaching in a recognized University or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in the National or International organization. 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in International abstract journals.

3. Assistant Professor (TTS)

i. Veterinary Microbiology
ii. Animal Reproduction / Theriogenology
iii. Animal Anatomy

Eligibility: Ph.D. / relevant terminal qualification from an HEC recognized University /Institution and excellent written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.

4. Lecturer (Regular) PBS – 18

i. Veterinary Surgery
ii. Veterinary Epidemiology & Public Health
iii. Veterinary Anatomy

Eligibility: Master’s Degree (Foreign) awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution. OR M.Phil. (Pakistan) awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution. OR Equivalent Degree awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University /Institution. (with no 3rd division in the academic career. Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as Lecturer in University provided that the candidate holds Ph.D. or equivalent Degree with not more than one 3rd division in entire academic career).

5. Veterinary Stock Assistant BPS – 6

Eligibility: Matric with Science (2nd Division) with one year Stock Assistant Course from recognized Institute / College
