Positions Vacant:
1. HR Manager
Qualification / Experience / Skill required for the following position: University degree equivalent to 16 years in the relevant field; Business Management degree (specialization in Human Resource Management) or MBA preferred. 10 years of related work experience. A leader with multitasking skills and the ability to manage HR issues at USEA headquarters and only in satellite branches in multiple cities. Advanced computer & IT skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel is required; Microsoft AX Dynamics is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills (fluent written and spoken English), organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential to get the job done. A candidate with supervisory experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent must have a sound knowledge of Mt practices and principles. She/he would be responsible for carrying out all HR activities including recruitment, attendance management, defining job descriptions, assisting finance in payroll, making employee final settlements, counseling employees, managing rosters, and all other duties as assigned by the GM working in collaboration with other managers. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of local labor laws, along with decision-making, communication, management, & leadership skills. The candidate must demonstrate integrity, manage HR matters confidentially, and be highly proficient in HR-based computer software.
