Vacancies Announced:

1. National Technical Advisor

The NTA will be responsible for the overall technical supervision of the implementation of the programme in Sindh; creates strong technical liaison and coordination with the Government of Sindh and leads the programme team. Capable of creating an enabling working environment, he/she will ensure sound and coherent conceptualization of interventions and programme investments towards achieving programme objectives.

2. National Operations Officer

The NDO will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the programme at various levels and coordinating the implementation of programme interventions internally and externally. He/she will have strong communication and coordination skill and excellent skills in operational planning, execution and reporting. The NDO will act as a key point in the overall quality assurance for activity planning, knowledge management, communications and visibility.

3. National Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Expert

The NMEL expert is well-versed in the development and implementation of NMEL frameworks and associated tools. He/she has strong analytical skills and is an innovative thinker. The NMEL expert will ensure the programme Theory of Change is well reflected in interventions and programme results are monitored, evaluated and reported. He/she will coordinate the communication of lessons from the programme internally and to wider programme stakeholders.

4. National Communication and Visibility Expert

The National Communications and Visibility Expert delivers an effective two-way communication strategy for PAIDAR. He/she is responsible for timely, accurate and effective communication of programme messages to its stakeholders. He/she is innovative, creative and capable of using a wide range of media and communication channels to reach out to the target audience. The communication expert demonstrates excellent interpersonal, writing and programme branding skills.

5. Project Assistant

The Project Assistant has an excellent understanding of administrative tasks associated with the implementation of development programmes. He/she will perform all administrative tasks such as budget revisions, obligation reviews, re-phasing, extension, recruitment of staff, and experts, training and study tour and filing. He/she is familiar with Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and has an excellent command of MS office tools.

6. Senior Driver / Clerk

Senior Driver/Clerk provides reliable and safe driving services to PAIDAR programme staff, consultants and experts and UNIDO staff on mission. He/she will demonstrate a client-oriented approach, a high sense of responsibility, courtesy, tact and the ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. The Driver/clerk will also undertake clerical tasks in support of PAIDAR program.
