Interested candidates, who fulfill the required criteria, may submit application forms (available on the University website, www.uetmardan.edu.pk), along with attested photocopies of educational testimonials (1.e., Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), experience certificates, copy of CNIC, domicile, one recent photograph, and original fee
deposit receipt in the office of the Registrar, UET Mardan on or before July 12, 2024. Application processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs.3000/- for S.No. and Rs.2000/- for S.No.2, Sr. No. 3, and S. No. 4 must be deposited in the University Account titled “Miscellaneous Fund UETM” Branch Code.0179, Account No.003001354859, in any branch of the Bank of Khyber, (throughout Pakistan). Only those qualifications, experiences publications, etc. will be considered if documentary proof is attached up to the last date of submission of the application. Contact numbers postal and email addresses must be written clearly in the application form. Any change in contact details must be reported immediately to the Registrar’s office. The nomenclature of the post applied for must be written at the bottom right corner of the envelope. Inservice candidates should apply through the proper channels. They must also submit a No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments/organizations along with their application forms.
