Positions Vacant:
1. Group Head Human Resource
Duties / Responsibilities: Provide thought leadership in guiding, developing, and implementing strategic and tactical Human Resources initiatives focused on achieving business objectives, ensuring alignment between individual, business unit, and corporate practices as well as, drive organizational policies, development, and effectiveness across the organization. Lead and monitor the development, integration, and implementation of end-to-end talent management initiatives including recruitment, career planning, and succession planning to ensure talent management philosophies, processes, and programs to achieve desired outcomes. Create a High-Performance Culture by implementing a robust performance management and compensation & benefits program including performance reviews, appraisals, and promotions at all levels. Implement a strategic learning strategy that builds upon the abilities, skills, and knowledge of all employees and inculcates a High-Performance Mindset throughout the organization.
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Graduate / Post Graduate from an HEC recognized University / Foreign University. Candidates having international certifications in HR will have added advantage. Minimum 15 years of experience including 5 years at a senior managerial role in the HR function. The banking experience will be preferred. Age Not more than 55 years as of the date of application.
