Positions Announced:

1. Structure Engineer (Design)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site activities related to interior fit-out, renovation, uplifting work, and other construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate delivery of materials and services according to the project schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements and expectations are met throughout the project life cycle.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily site reports, material schedules, and other related documents.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards on the construction site.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Urban / Construction
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and uplifting work, with a demonstrated track record in architecture related to interior, fit-out, and renovation projects. Preference will be given to candidates whose experience is exclusively in interior work.
Excellent technical knowledge of construction methods, building layout, materials, and equipment.
Strong project management and supervisory skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of project management software, AutoCAD, and other related software.

– Over 10-15 years of expertise in structural engineering design and execution
– Experience in multi-story buildings is preferable.
– Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
– Ability to complete Tender documents and billing process
– Leadership abilities to guide design phases, mentor teams, and ensure code adherence
